Consultoria para Expansão e Aplicação da Metodologia de Competitividade Regional no Brasil (Consulting for the Expansion and Application of the Regional Competitiveness Methodology in Brazil)

Description: The consultancy aims to expand the application of the regional competitiveness methodology — initially developed for the Northeast — to the entire national territory. It includes data collection, methodological adaptation by region, index calculation, development of an interactive dashboard, technical documentation, and maintenance routines. The work will be divided among four consultants, focusing on regional diagnostics and technical development in R.

Description: This project aims to provide a national overview of the profile of school principals in Brazilian basic education. Using microdata from the School Census and SAEB, the research identifies the demographic, educational, and professional characteristics of these managers.

Elaboração e Organização de Base de Dados sobre a Adequação Formação Docente no Brasil (Development and Organization of a Database on Teacher Qualification Adequacy in Brazil)

Description: The project aims to comprehensively analyze the alignment between teachers’ academic training and the subjects they teach in Brazilian basic education. By constructing a standardized national database — using microdata from the School Census — the study generates indicators of teacher qualification adequacy at three levels: overall, by subject area, and by federative unit.
