Consulting for the Expansion and Application of the Regional Competitiveness Methodology in Brazil
Description: The consultancy aims to expand the application of the regional competitiveness methodology — initially developed for the Northeast — to the entire national territory. It includes data collection, methodological adaptation by region, index calculation, development of an interactive dashboard, technical documentation, and maintenance routines. The work will be divided among four consultants, focusing on regional diagnostics and technical development in R.

Development and Organization of a Database on Teacher Qualification Adequacy in Brazil
Description: The project aims to comprehensively analyze the alignment between teachers’ academic training and the subjects they teach in Brazilian basic education. By constructing a standardized national database — using microdata from the School Census — the study generates indicators of teacher qualification adequacy at three levels: overall, by subject area, and by federative unit.
