Visiting Professor in the Department of Economics at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), PhD in Economics from the Catholic University of Brasília (UcB), and MBA in Data Science from USP/ESALQ. Currently, he is also a research fellow at IPEA in the IpeaData-Lab project. His main research interests include Regional Science, Urban Economics, Local Public Finance, Health Economics, and Economics of Education.
